when i am in a stressful situation thoughts keep racing across my head-- even i cant process them--- I even catch myself being judgemental-- but i dont really feel that way
can someone help me with some tips to slow down my thoughts? or even become more aware of whats going on in my head?
Do you let your thoughts think out-- or do you try to keep a clear mind most of the time?
