Can anyone help me how to read my serotonin level?

As I suspect my SA is to a great extent hereditary, I got myself a blood test for serotonin level.

The resuslt was: 124 ug/l (max. being 292)

I asked many doctors whether is it too low, and none of them could help. They all said they can only tell me if my serotonin level was too high.

124 µg or ug (micrograms) = 124000 ng (nanograms)

your result is per litre

the normal range reference I posted uses per millilitre (one thousandth of a litre)

so 124000ng / 1000 would be 124 ng

So I am in the bottom of the normal range.
Maybe this is responsible for my SA? I remeber handling stress worse than my peers from early childhood. Only in my early teen year it developed into "classic" SA, when I "learned" that these symptoms make me look bad in from of others.
The point is I think it is genetic (my mother had stress problems and my grandmother), my no doctor could tell me that for sure.
