Sage cured my hyperhidrosis

Before I started using natural remedies to cure my hyperhidrosis, I tried drionic, drysol, and hidrex. None of those products were effective in curing my hyperhidrosis. Then I started researching natural remedies. Sage worked really well! My sweating decreased substantially. Before, I would sweat from my hands, feet, back, armpits, and the back of my legs. After using sage for about 2 weeks, I hardly ever sweat. The only times that I sweat are when I'm under extreme stress or when it is extremely hot out. I was really impressed with the results so before trying any other medications, be sure to give natural remedies a good shot!

One thing about sage is it contains thujone which can be toxic to the brain and liver when taken in excess so be sure to buy a thujone-free sage supplement! I listed the one that I use on my blog below

The supplement that I use only needs to be taken once a day. Most of other sage supplements that I have seen need to be taken about 3 times per day after every meal. I think the kind that I use is released slowly throughout the day. At first, I tried sage tea, but the tea wasn't very effective more me.

@peony hmm thats weird that it makes you feel nauseous because it did not have those side effects on me. Maybe try taking them after a meal? Also, I didn't see a real difference in sweating until after taking the supplements for about 2 weeks

@toshiba88 yepp thats the one! I've tried sage tea and extract, but I would definitely recommend the sage supplements with 2500 mg of sage!

I've had a sage extract sitting around for a few years. It didn't work for me, but I didn't take it for 2 total weeks. I might give it at try again. Its a popular supplement for menopause because of its ability to stop sweating that women get during menopause. It doesn't **** with hormones.

@paidinfull, hmm yeah i did hear that it contains phytoestrogens so that might be of some concern to you

@gg1101, yeah i would definitely recommend that you give it another shot. It took a while before I really saw a difference, but now I am very happy with the results. Be careful with sage extract though. It contains thujone which can be harmful to the brain and liver. I switched from sage extract to sage in pill form that does not contain thujone

yeah, it took a very long time for it to be shipped to me, but it did come eventually! It took about 13 days. I think it's because the company is based in the UK and I live in the US.

It probably took about about 2 weeks before I really saw the results. When I forget to take the supplement for a few days my sweating comes back, so the supplement definitely has a big effect on me. Keep me updated on how it works for you!

Yeah, before I started taking it I was a very heavy sweater. I would sweat from my hands, feets, armpits, and back of my legs. Have you been taking it everyday? Have you seen any new results. I took it for about 2 weeks before I really saw results. I would say take it for a good month before you give up on it. I read somewhere online that someone took sage for 6 months and then their sweating was gone forever! I also take magnesium supplements which are supposed to help as well.
