red, cold , sweaty hands ? any remedy

I'm new to this forum and want to describe my condition to see if anyone has anything similar going on.

I'm 22 now, but have had red/purple, cold, sweaty hands since high school. It seems to be a kind of incomplete raynaud's, hyperhidrosis, and flushing problem. Hot showers make my hands and feet very red- there is never any pain or anything. The discolorartion is what really bothers me the most as it can be very noticable - I have been to rhuems and derms and I am scheduled to see a neurologist soon. I was wondering if either iontophoresis or botox can have a positive impact as far as discoloration is concerned? any help would be appreciated.

same here! my hands are always cold, no matter how warm the rest of my body is. They're also red/purple, but turn to normal color if you touch them, i'm going to the doctors soon so i might find out more info there.

yea I definitely have some kind of raynaud's / hyperhidrosis / flushing thing going on...i am going to a neurologist in the next month to have it looked at because the derms / rheums haven't been much help... I am also scheduled for botox for my hands...does anyone have any experience w/ this and know if it will help w/ the color?

pinker..question...i noticed on another post that you use iontophoresis...has this helped with the discoloration of the hands at all?

pinker have you ever considered ets? do you have similar symptoms on your feet? does this condition bother you a lot, because its been bothering me a lot this winter; if so, jw how you cope w/ it

Anyone here interested in the Drionic device - cheap

I have an old Drionic device to sell (treats hyperhidrosis - you can Google it if you don't know what it is). I had ETS surgergy and no longer need it. I actually have 3 units (one of the older, with shallow wells, and two of the newer with deep wells), several packages of batteries and new pads. I make no guarantee whatsoever as to the current functionality of the device or batteries. It was working fine last time I used it, but that was years ago. I just hate to throw it away if it could be of use to someone, and will send it to you for the cost of shipping + a reasonable charge (make me an offer).
