question about behavioral therapy

Six months ago I got SA Institutes's program Overcoming SA Step by Step and I stick to it ever since. I am doing all cognitive exercises and reading handouts daily, and it already helped me very much. But there is a problem I don't know how to solve...
In the Program it is mentioned that behavioral therapy is essential part of overcoming SA, and how it should be conducted within behavioral group for people with SA. The problem is that there is no way for me to join SA group, because it doesn't exist in my country. And idea that I should gather SA sufferers from my neighborhood and start the group myself makes me laugh. I mean, if I could do that I wouldn't be socially anxious.
So is there any source that explains how this part can be done in real world? I saw in Shield's "1ooo rejections journal" that people are actually doing it, but I need explanations and step by step instructions if it exists. It seems difficult for me to figure it out only by myself. Any idea would be helpful
