I am looking to add fun back in to my life. I feel like I have kept me depressed and in such a loop of doom and gloom. Is their anything that brings you joy or is fun in your life? Do you have any tips on how to add fun back in to my life.

I've had fun going to walking groups though I was not able to go today due to the weather so that was so bad for me. :( It happens twice a week though or almost three times a week I can go. There's one that happens every other week which I have not tried. I also go out with family from time to time. Hopefully this month will be regular outings. I hope this helps you.

I think variety is the most important thing. Try to go a few different places even if they're 10 feet from where you usually go, and do a few different things even if they're tiny things.
When I do make trips to places I do find joy in it! I do think variety is the key. I will try it out! Thank you!

joining a support group can help add fun into your life. Though I haven't found one that I liked, I want to try it again when things settle down. Hopefully it has not ceased to operate.

I love animals. They bring me fun and happiness being out in nature. Where i live we have wild sulphur-crested cockatoos that have started to come to our house every morning (early) and every afternoon. They call me and even come onto our window to ask for some sunflower seeds. They are the highlight of my day. Never thought i would get them here as they are more eastern state in Australia, and they are one of my fav birds. Watching them gives me so much happiness for an afternoon and morning. Ive always been in awe of them. Very intelligent and also destructive lol.

I have a dog too, and he is like a little person. In the midst of anxiety and depression and the intense feelings, for me something like watching nature and being around animals can help.
