But... Xmas is coming up and I've put my order in for an acoustic guitar :thumbup:

I'm the worst friend in the world because I don't need anyone and therefor I assume no one needs me.
Sometimes I I think the same like you. If I don't need anyone for some times, more people do not even want to look at me.

I got an email for another job opportunity. This was unexpected, and if it works out I'll have the equivalent of a full time job between this job and my current one for the first time since quitting the restaurant, all from home.
It wouldn't be a long term solution, but in the short term it would definitely make Christmas a bit Merrier! :thumbup:
If the application process is anything like the last job though, I am not super thrilled for that.

I really want to write a story, a novel if you will.
But my SA keeps me from doing it.

Why don't you write it, but only give it to people you feel you can trust to not be too harshly judgemental about it - to begin with.
That is at least a first step to take.
Then, if you are still not comfortable enough about its quality, to actually send it to a publisher, at least you have gotten rid of some of the creative juices swishing around in your brain, nagging you to write it. :thumbup:

I just looked it up, I don't think I could write 50,000 words in a month at the moment though. Time restrictions, work etc.
I would love to find a secluded house up in the forest somewhere, rent it out for a year and just spend time writing :bigsmile:

Last week I decided to set myself on a path to more lucrative employment. It's a 2 year plan, I need to do some things, courses to give myself a shot at getting in the particular company I want to work for. It may not work out, but I've decided to give it a real crack.

Well, one of cousins has been in a car accident. But she didn't want any of us to find that out. :idontknow:
And my mother fell down the stairs this morning and hurt her back - my oldest sister is going lecture me about that, and how ah didnae look after our mum. :sad:
