You got that right! The biggest hurdle with that is this seemingly built-in human need for validation from other humans, beat that and you have truly won.

Or you could find a middle ground and narrow it to a select few people of your choosing. Unfortunately theres always that risk of getting stabbed in the back though.

You want to know how I got these scars?
the extent of the corruption on the American mainstream media is unbelievable.

I second that. But it isn't confined to the U.S, here in Australia the media coverage was truly biased against Trump. I'm no fan of either of the candidates, but it gave me pleasure seeing Trump win because it stuck it up the media.

The media should be for reporting what's happened, not for trying to sway an already incredibly gullible public.

Here in Brazil too. Those clowns can barely understand English, know nothing besides some headlines on the American mainstream media and try to talk about American politics, it's hilarious.

People are catching on their bias and manipulation though, which hurts business. They could learn their lesson and change their ways, people would trust them again and everything would be fine, but instead they sellout even more and become a mockery of political pamphlets.

How can you plan for a future that you didn't think you were going to have? Looks like I will retire and need to plan for it. I never expected to make it to 54.

On Thursday, after a period of three years, I'll be behind the wheel and taking a refresher lesson with someone I just found on Facebook! My aim is to slowly build up my confidence whilst simultaneously trying to learn about cars and then hopefully, look to buy one on my own which is a daunting task as I know naff all about cars!

I hope my instructor is OK and comfortable but let's see how it goes! I think my general driving should be fine but it's the manuveres and busier roundabouts etc that will trouble me.

I'm learning where I work (not my home town) as I'm bit edgy to be seen in my home town as my contemporaries will be smirking or laughing at me learning to drive again, that's just how it is for some weird reason unbeknownst to me.

Table after table of Indian food. That's what I'm told will line the halls on my floor at work tomorrow. Apparently you better get in line early because it goes quickly each year. I'm looking forward to it. Sure beats staring at incomprehensible project documentation for hours.

when a girl does this do you guys think it means anything

...Just joshing. I just found that whole scenario amusing. I mean seriously, he had been posting that for the past ten months or so on Yahoo and other sites. How do you not get bored doing that?? I'm genuinely fascinated by that.

Like the latest earthquakes here, my whole life is an epic disaster - a series of massive quakes, and in between a continuous series of aftershocks.

this world is such a rotten place. How can people actually be happy? they have their heads completely in the sand.

Compared to what the strives of natural life looks like, I count myself rather lucky I can't just die from a predator at any given moment. It's all a matter of perspective, and due exclusion of toxic influences.

Not a week goes by where that thought does not cross my mind.
There must be an art to denial on that scale needed to shut out the horror. :idontknow:

Someone needs to invent a new technology that expands the number of hours in a day!
24 hours is just not enough to get everything you need to get done in a single day in 2016!

So many of the population are sleep deprived because of being so involuntarily, constantly busy these days.

I wonder how many years are taken off a person's life expectancy from an adult life - minus the years of retirement - of constant sleep deprivation.:idontknow:
