I'm being bombarded by automated by 'happy birthday' e-mails from like five different forums. The sentiment is nice, but it feels a little bit like socially awkward SkyNet is stalking me.

Happy Birthday! I can't tell you what's in the box, but I can tell you that it's dead :sarcastic:

Thanks, Graeme. But nah, I can pretty much take it or leave it. It's just that they ask what kind of gifts I want, which I don't really have an answer to. :X

Happy Birthday Puma!

People say I should accept who I am and not care about what others think. But what if who I am cares about what others think?

Possibly the worst part of social anxiety is the missed opportunities. Regret is a terribly painful, torturous feeling, and yet so is the fear that causes it in the first place. It seems there is no winning.

Therapy really is my only hope. I'm looking forward to the day I can finally get into the treatment I need.

So true.

I used to not have much of a blushing problem. Now I blush about SO many things. What a horrid condition. At least before I could hide my anxiety to a degree, now it seems I've gone backwards; now it shows all over my face even in situations where there really is nothing to be embarrassed about.

God I feel so shitty and terrified

Ugh, yes that is not a good feeling. Someone taught me this trick. Not sure if this will help you, sometimes it helps me... when I feel myself blushing I not only let it run its course, but I actually focus on trying to blush more. It doesn't prevent blushing but I think it helps expedite the duration and get it over with.

I just ran The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess on a Gamecube emulator, and it ran SO MUCH BETTER than it ever did on the actually Gamecube/Wii.

I'm getting a solid sixty frame per second, which means it doesn't make me nearly as motion sick. It even has proper anti-aliasing and anisotropic options. It almost looks like a modern game now, super sharp and everything. Well, except for the textures, but c'mon.

I could die happy now. ..But I won't, because that would be counter productive.

I ain't played Zelda in years. Well...the last time i played it it was on a Super Nintendo

I stopped at the store after work to do some grocery shopping and while there i remembered i need new socks. Nothing special just white ones. While sock shopping i couldn't help but notice the dizzying array of underwear. Long story short i left with not only new socks but moisture wicking, heat dissipating, longer than normal, synthetic material'd, mesh fly, athletic boxer briefs. Apparently they keep ya cool? Who knew? I reckon my underclothing was stuck in the 90's i guess. I just figured all there were was cotton boxer briefs that the wife has been getting me for the last decade, and i must have been living under a rock too. Nice to see the words MOISTURE WICKING on the package. I imagine it will feel like laying naked on a cloud. I wish i would've known of these tricked out boxers years ago. Technology really rocks sometimes. :D

Oh man, you don't know what you're missing. It's so much fun.

I'm going to find it right now. I haven't played a Zelda game in ages.

Don't have too much fun there, "wicker" man. ha ha

Also... where exactly does it wick the moisture to? This could turn out to be the weirdest butterfly effect ever.
