Tonight is a big day on the sporting calendar for Australians living in New South Wales and Queensland. State of Origin rugby league! I'll be watching with delicious pizza and ice cream. That'll be my whole night. :) Looking forward to it.

Got a job interview on friday and an interview preparation thing today.

I'm a programmer. I think I'm decent. I'm not awesome, but there are also worse programmers, and I'm looking for a job these days. The governmental job agency told me to contact that human resources acquisition company (or what you call them), and they told me that they will phone me this afternoon for that preparation thing and will meet me prior to the job interview on friday.

Now, job interviews always make me nervous, but this makes it worse. I don't mind their advice, but this now gives me the feeling that someone is sitting in my back, watching everything I do, like some sort or wannabe puppet master.

Now, I normally apply at smaller companies. So, I don't wear a suit, but just my regular clothes (though making sure of course that they are clean and neat looking and whatnot). And it always worked. In my entire life, since I finished studying about six years ago, I was, in total, out of work for maybe three, a max of four months. Not sure what to do if they phone me today and tell me to get a suit for friday. I'll probably tell them "no thanks". And if they insist: screw them? I don't know. Gah...

I think Kevin Rudd will win the ballot and take back his rightful position as Labour Prime Minister.

Well you were right :applause:
Personally I think they should go with someone new like Stephen Smith but nothing is going to help them in the next election

I think the way Julia Gillard was treated in the media was absolutely awful and she didn't deserve this.

Now that Kevin Rudd is back it means that there will be bodyguards hanging around and photographers waiting at the gate on Sunday.

Feeling enraged, and despair. It's like my life is not under my control at all.

Today is the first day to register for a class required for graduation. Registration starts at 8 AM. I was roughly an hour late when I tried to register but all the online slots were gone! :eek:mg: I didn't know registration for that class was this competitive. So I chose the next best off-line class, which only meet once a week.

I've been taking all my classes online so far and now this happens. I can't posptpone graduation because I already submitted my application. Some reasons why I take online classes 1) lower cost (no transportation, vaccination fees) and 2) to avoid bullying. The 2nd reason is the strongest incentive. I have attended mutiple colleges in the past and in all of them, I've been bullied. Horrible memories. I didn't enjoy those classes, not even a single bit. You know what the common thought is in my head? "It's gonna be over soon, just [insert #] more days/weeks to go." I frequently play this in my head, because it gives me comfort in knowing it will be all over soon. Everytime I go to class, I sit at the back, be quiet, and hope that no one bothers me. But people do bother me. And I feel like crying so many times but always have to stifle it.

So next semester I will be taking 1 offline class. The rest will be online. I am still nervous. I don't have good clothes to wear. I worry my eyes will accidentally stare at someone. I also worry I will accidentally make embarassing noises in class and people think I farted. But it will also be my last semester in school. After that I'm done. Maybe I should take comfort in that.

If bullying occurs again and I get made fun of for some reason, I might skip graduation, no matter what anyone says.

How come I only get invitations from bad people?
How come no one kind comes up to me and say:
_Hey Adriano, lets go to Osaka together this weekend!
I think I would say yes....

On another note I think I had a vision today,I think that in the future I want to work translating or something similar,I like to study language it seems.

Just a quick question I wanna put forward to everyone.

Would you rather wear stupid clothes?
OR
Would you rather wear uniform that will make you stand out but not appear as poorly dressed?

That's actually a really good thing to get into! Go for it, mate!

Wouldn't stupid clothes make you stand out? I mostly wear black heavy metal shirts, so I suppose the former for me. :)

The extent of me that cares about what people think, doesn't reach into fashion awareness, or public opinion on clothes. I'd wear whichever is more comfortable. ;3

Unless the the uniform stands for something negative, of course.

Can you get your name on a waiting list in case someone drops out of an online slot?

I'm not sure. I'll have to look into it.

I wish I can try acupuncture for anxiety for my b-day but I have to pay for parking, meningitis vaccination and GPS because I'll be taking classes on campus.

I hate how paralysing this anxiety is becoming for me. I *know* what I want to do or should do but I can't. I'm dreading even to take the small steps, I'm dreading to do the things I've done countless of times before. Its so frustrating and I keep beating myself but I just can't take any action to solve it. Ugh!! Why does it seem so hard? This definitely seems like the end of the world although I know its not.

I don't understand why I'm so often afraid to go to sleep. I didn't sleep at all this night.

Maybe when life settles down a bit I can redesign my life to the point where I can sleep comfortably. I just hope I'll be able to get through the day relatively easy.
