I can just see part of your face. I'd LOVE to see your face. I'm very curious, as i've read a lot of your posts & it would be nice to see the face behind the words. But nevermind, i know you have BDD. It's alright.

Yeah I was with toots and he thinks its dirty to do that - so I would pick them up and try to throw them at him haahaa. They are very good for your garden and the compost. Of course you never pick a wet one!
I do have a photo of me in this thread somewhere I think. There are not many photos at all of my face for bdd reasons. I have one or two on my computer somewhere. Ill try to find it. There are parts of me that are okay with myself. I just down the highlighting of judging myself and living in a kind of fog about it. Getting on with other things I guess - whilst doing my self care thingos but just avoiding the cameras. I pretty much have a camera phobia. But oh well.

Sometimes I pick them up. The oldest and driest ones are remarkably helpful for starting fires.

I'm okay now with this one. Taken just before I went out with rugs. This was when I was writing in my journal on here a lot back in 2016. I had issues with my face sagging due to weightloss but I look now and can't see it. Was amazed I found this photo on my old iPod touch. I've put on a bit of weight since then and my hair has blonde in it but pretty much the same. I actually look at the rare photo of me and want to get back to being high raw again and I'm back on that journey 
. I feel like I've aged since rugs and I did get sick on the process but now I'm pushing through and sticking up for health again so I can be better again like then.
