Post a random fact about yourself...

My legs are covered in scars from tree climbing and swimming as a child.

How does one get scars from swimming? Mine are covered in scars from my bouts with poison ivy and chiggers earlier this summer. I do hope they continue to fade, but I think they may be around for a while. And speaking of scars, I have the mother of them all. I broke both bones in my left arm while jumping on a trampoline (they are dangerous kids!). They had to cut me open to put plates and screws in to set the bones. I have two 3-4 inch scars on either side of my arm. I've had them for so long that I tend to forget they are there, but new acquaintances always ask, "Dude, what happened to your arm?!"

I often times confuse this for the random thoughts thread

All the threads are interchangeable to me. Do we ever stay on topic?? :)

Have you ever seen a Sturgeon?
My legs have.

*scars from swimming.

7 stitches, total. Doctors assumed I must've landed on one of these things:

The spines are like little razors... and this is a smaller one.

Each scar is an experience (metaphoric scars too!), you must have some interesting stories to tell.

If you have no scars you are boring :p

Ahh! That explains it.

I love (physical) scars. I think they are fascinating and a badge of honor saying that you either live life to the fullest or do really, really stupid things. (Sometimes it's hard to tell the difference.) :)

I only have a couple of scars and it's not because I live life to the fullest or I do stupid things... I'm just clumsy XD

...I have scars from landing on fish and getting beat up, mostly.
Broken bones... wild animal attacks... those stories can always be made more interesting.
The landing on fish one is the story I'd rather tell, though~ hehe

I also have a scar on my head from having a stage light fall on me and scars on my fingers from washing dishes at one of my first jobs.
I use vitamin oil on my more visible scars daily in an attempt to make them fade away.
I've got 1 scar too many... this isn't the middle ages; I'm not impressing anyone with how terrible I look. XD

I love writing... Such as poetry, novels, fiction stories, lyrics and scripts for prologues, I also like writing as in story tales which keep on going :D

Writing is a true passion, I also like writing E-mails and letters with penpals :)

not actually Fiona Apple
And I'm the one taking profit :D

Hey, I better be getting a share of that, I did all the real work!

Yes, if we didn't the system would break down. People would be posting music in the comic thread, artwork in the feeling thread, and hobbies in the interest thread. What kind of place is that to post in, WHAT KIND OF PLACE!
