Hello everyone..I am new to this forum so I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this but, I just want to share with the group a video that helped me to explain to my eight year old daughter what her dad was going through.
Its a very cute video with Grover from "The Muppets" simulating the sensations of having a panic attack. It is a very good and helpful training tool to explain to people who don't understand...and not just children!
I wasn't sure how to just put the video on here, so I just put the link on here. Just go down half way down the page and you will see it..It also has a video of Oprah on the subject of panic attacks as well.
