New to the forum. Single, in 30's, lost job a while ago. Don't go out much. Times are not good. I think I have had the symptoms of social anxiety for a while, but not really been able to put a name to it until recently.
I have noticed more and more online Social Anxiety courses, books, etc, springing up. Does anyone have practical experience of these with good/bad results?
I ask as I don't really want to go down the drugs route which I fear if I go to the doctor etc.
