numbness normal during a panic attack?

I'm not sure if I'm having a panic attack right now. I know I did saturday though for the first time in my life. More on that tomorrow.

I was diagonsed with axniety last friday whopee! :*( Now, when I lay down trying to fall asleep I start to get numb. Either on my feet, my left arm, my back, back of my head everywhere. It's driving me insane. I got a little nausea too. But that went away.

I was fine during the entire day today and this happens. Does axniety creep up out of no where? Is there anything I can do so I can just get some fvcking sleep?

Thanks,
Gilbert

Yea I used to get that when I had really bad panic attack.I don't think it's anything to worry about.

numbness

yeah man i get numb too, then lightheaded, make sure you are careful if you are driving when you get it, that tends to be when i get mine. If you are on any meds make sure thats not a side-effect, also make sure no where is cut off in circulation :)
