Try lavender or valerian. Evaporating the essential oils is really good for helping you sleep, and they don't inhibit your REM sleep like alcohol and sleeping pills do.

Ah man SA sites are springing up everywhere. It's all getting too mainstream for me. Might be time I ditched SA/SAD/SP/SPAD?/DAPS? and got a cooler disorder.
