I used to come here for awhile, but had some trouble logging in before. A little bit about me. I have had SA for about 10 years. It's been a problem since my last time at college. I have absolutely zero friends. Aside from the SA, I have AVPD and depression. I am a student at a local University. I will be 30 this Winter. I still live with my parents. My interests include listening to Alternative music. I love doing outdoorsy things like hiking, biking, walking. With noone to do this stuff with life can get boring and lonely. I hate the bar scene, but I love seeing live music shows.

please please find out thru local community centre re groups that suit your many interests. joining a group, i have found, is the ideal way to satisfy your need for human company in a non threatening situation. its where you doi things with the people for that set time, where the focus is on the activity, and not on making conversation. you can make conversation about the thing you're all doing together! ideal! and even though its for a set time, maybe a couple of hours, then you go home to be alone again, you will feel such a buzz that you've been out and about with people. it will really give you a lift. dont say theres noone to do stuff with! there ARE people for you to do stuff with, just get on the net or on the phone, and find a group, SOON!

ALL THE BEST
