I know exactly how you feel. I'm sorry things are feeling that bad for you. It's frustrating getting any help, and for some there simply is none. (Like me - no meds have helped me in 35 years). I hope you can make it through another day and post again here later. Please don't consider the suicide thing a real option. I'm right there with you.
