I'm only 17. It just seems.. odd to be host to a group of adults at 17. I'm unprepared, no means of driving, no cash to use, and of course I HAVE SOCIAL ANXIETY. But how wrong could it go, right?? I'd really like a group of people in real life to talk to about this... Starting a group sounds like a really big deal to me. And what could we do? Hhhhhhm

This is a nice idea, a natural extension of SPW. It would benefit all who joined you. Keep it simple (and safe) and you are well capable of getting this going.

Sounds cool! Good luck !! I never heard about that website, but it's great that it excists!

I know this is an old post, but I can relate. I wish there was a social anxiety meetup group near me, but there's not. It might be a good way to make some local friends if there was. Like you, I don't want to start the group myself because then I would have to lead it. And what would you do?

You live in british columbia also? I believe there is already a group in Vancouver for shy people, Wish there was some closer to me though.
