im thinking of taking meditation classes sometime this month or the next. meditation aparently allows you too slow down your thought process and have somewhat control over your mind. sounds like just what i need. anyone tried it? how was it. i tried some brething exercises and they were pretty relaxing but i didnt keep them up due too busy schedule. now im gonna take it more seriously and see how it is

oooo... I hope you do it and I hope it works out for you. I've never tried it and I'm way too scared to try it but I've just gotten a therapist who specializes in mind/body stuff who kind of has me meditate during some sessions and it does make me feel better.
