im becky, a new member. im 17 years old and have had social anxiety for as long as i can remember, although i have only recently become aware that i had disorder that i need to cope with.

I'm 17, have had SA for over 5 years (very shy before that) and I'm receiving treatment at the moment. It's CBT.
