Jealousy, envy...

My meds kicked in and now that I am more calm and can think straight(er),
I know that my last journal entry was just my jealous rant. I admit it, I am jealous - rather envious. I looked up the true definition and I do not wish any harm to anyone, so I am more envious of my sister in law and brother.

Yes, they work very hard for what they have. They deserve some fun, right?
We all do. But I seem to be a world class champ at denying myself of fun. I never intended for my life to turn out this way. I have made terrible decisions in the past and now I am reaping what I sow.

But my grandmother said to me: "if you are always there to help them, and you do everything for them, they will take advantage of you, it doesn't matter if they are family, you are convenient for them and they take advantage of that; who wouldn't want to have an Angie around the house to take care of the kids and clean up after them"

I think my grandma is a wise woman.
I also think that her comment can be said for the general public.
