Good advice, I wish I can follow it. I used to laugh, but since loneliness and total isolation got the best of me I find it very hard, depression isn't helping either.

Feeling low most of the time ... sorry, just needed to vent

I can laugh when i ignore reality. When i'm watching a funny movie or show....in everyday life though :roll:

I try to laugh,but it usualy comes out as an evil laugh(you know the 1,all evil overlords have this evil laugh! muhahaha) :twisted:
