I've been doing my third stint with an Idromed 5 ( have not had any great success yet ). After about the seventh straight day of doing treatments, my hands and feet are feeling clammy again and not dry.

Any suggestions or advice guys

First try out the instruction from the idromed 5.

Then you have to experiment.I use Idrostar, followed the instruction. But after a little experiment I found out that for me it was best to do ionto everyother day,,,think I took 14-15 treatments...then I take 1 time a week and stick whit that no matter what.I also slowed down the power from 20-22 mA to 10-13 mA.

Think that overdoing it can be wrong to.
I also use dehydral cream only for my fingertips 2-3 times a week before bedtime.

For example the instruction for Idrostar device is like this.

First week -treatmeant on day 1,day 2,day 4.

Second week -treatment Day 7&day 10

Third week -treatmeant on day 15

Fourth week -treatment on day 22.

10 minuts on eahs polarity,then switch polarity.( 20 min together.one hand/one foot)

Then shift, same process.

Hope this helps a little...If this is not working even after experiense, I would try to find out if the ph in the water is rigth ,,hard or soft enough etc.I dont know the right Ph then, but the water where I come from works for me.

I found changing polarity every 10 minutes helps tons.

Pretty much consistently dry (hah too dry it seems sometimes) reapply once a week during a 2 hour session watching TV.

Cheers for the suggestions guys.

I did follow the instructions getting almost complete dryness on my hands.

My feet unfortunately never seem to get significantly better and now my hands are playing up again.

I guess its just a case of trial ,error and perseverance.

hi, gfunk
I'm glad that you have got your hands dry now. I'm also an Idromed 4 user, however, I havn't achieved success yet. Could you tell me that how do you use it? what's the mA and how long does one treatment take?

thanks so much!

Ultrafrost,

I have had limited success so far, with my hands being dry once for a period of a few days.

If I can rem, ember rightly, I did what the manual stated by having around fifteen consecutive treatments on hands and feet. But after that I didnt always do the treatment every other day.

My settings were 10mA for hands ( 15mins daily ) and 20 mA for feet ( again fifteen mins daily. )

I've yet to find a way for permanent dryness or even partial dryness with my feet.

I sometimes also apply odaban, which helps a little. Other than that just keep going I'm afraid.

And dont forget Vaseline if like me your hands crack or fingers have cuts etc.

Hey,grimz. What do you mean exactly? Do you do ionto 2 hours straight while reversing polarity every 10 minutes?

Yup I watch tv for 2 hours and do it then.

The total treatment time is prolly closer to 1.5 hours ... but you get the idea.

15mA or so for the most part change polarity every 10 mins. Has worked really well.
