Iontophoresis for facial hyperhidrosis

Hello, I have facial hyperhidrosis and Iontophoresis wanted to tell me about my sweat is in the forehead and have seen that there are some patches that are placed on the front connected to the machine.

Has anyone tried the Iontophoresis on the forehead and know whether it is really effective ???

A couple of companies do make a make a mask for ionto. I'm sure they are effective. I know we have a couple of back posts on this topic.

Really, I do not need a full face mask. I just need a piece of 25x20 cm to put on the forehead.
I think these pieces are sold to put on the back, but could serve to my forehead.
Do you think that this is effective? Do you know any post someone explain the experience? It would be nice to know how is used, which machines are appropriate and whether irritate the skin.

I do remember seeing posts and people personally wrote to me. The thing is nobody ever mentioned if a mask works. I'm sure the mask would need to very tight fitting to conform to the face. Why not make your own with a preexisting cotton full face winter mask?

As for what ionto will work with it? Any can potentially work since all ionto machine basically do the same thing; supply direct current. Is a mask safe? I wouldn't try it.

Please, if anyone can know how it works iontophoresis in the forehead, you could say?

Meanwhile, someone knows if effective Hydrosal?

The miradry machine works on the forehead?

I haven't heard of anyone using ionto just for the forehead. Besides it's too close to the brain making it not safe.
You can try Avert pads ordered for Pharmacy CA. They help some people, others not.
Any Aluminum Chloride product such as Certain Dri 12% or a stronger 20% product.
Dehydral or the stronger Antihydral for short term usage
There are various topicals that claim to work, most of which you should be able to find on this forum or online. Most of them will not work for the forehead.

Hi, I tried perspirex and can not stand the itching, Driclor I think it's the same.

Avert and secure makes me very thirsty and body aches.

You know otr product?

Forehead HH is very difficult to treat and there might not be a product that will work for you. Dehydral is the weaker version of Antihydral and is meant for your feet. As stated above, it's worth a try, just don't use it everyday. Otherwise the Amazon link shows links to other topical's, Maybe you'll get lucky?

I've tried for forehead. It works. But the affected area is small. Only near the electrode. For me though. So I have to repeat the process 3 times to cover all the forehead area. Each process takes me 10 minutes. I do it 2 days a week.

So you are saying that you do ionto treatment for your forehead. How do you go about doing it?
