sorry for the shout, but well i need to tell you out there before i whipe my profile here.

After 3 years posting here, and 2 of therapy, it finally happened, i went out with a really nice , understanding and pretty girl, and we had a lot of fun.

I know its not the cure , but it was the most difficult thing to me to do, i was completelly utterly scared!

If i can do it, everyone can, really i'm 22, overweight, not so average looking guy, with more insecurities then a 13 year old teenager.

It's very difficult, to overcome you worst fear, but its completelly worth it

Yeaaah! Awesome man! You must be on a confidence/happy high right now =] (I bet you're not nearly as bad looking as you see yourself!)

Let us know how it goes with this girl as things progress perhaps? =]

YAY!! Congratulations!! :)

I recommend keeping a profile in case you might have a question sometimes, or to give advice to some of the newbies or such?
If you found advice and support here or elsewhere, maybe you can have helpful words for others? :)
For example, what was most helpful for you, what kind of therapy you had, any books you read, etc?

Okay, we totally understand, he he...

Though maybe it can be helpful, what you wrote in the past? (And if you didn't use real names...?) So maybe consider just getting a new account and leaving what was written exist in the universe?

Some people are also really happy if they can read success stories.. :)

My advice ... with my loong history of going outs :p... be yourself, go with the flow, have fun [with eachother] and act with your heart...

if its meant to be, its meant to be! try not to be too afraid!

i think cliches have a reason for being cliches :p
