How to prevent anxiety based eating?

I eat really well, raw fruits vegetables and nuts only... every second or third day, that is. Because every other second/third day I end up binging on everything I shouldn't be..cookie dough, cake, etc. I only do it out of being anxious about things to come in the near couple of days...
any suggestions about what to do when I feel a binge coming on??

well dont worry about it to much if you eat 80 per cent good food , then having a little bad isnt going to hurt you , you say you eat raw fruits vegetables and nuts only are you a vegetarian ?

Trying to be.. Or at least dramatically reduce my meat intake. Once a month or so to keep B12 up, and that's it.

My family won't hide anything from me... actually, my mom doesn't believe my binge problem. She's in denial because she has a food problem. She openly expresses that she thinks white sugar can be good for a person, as well as pizza, etc.etc... Rest of family completely ignores me. Soooooooo i'm alone on the issue. which makes it so much worse.

The supplement thing is a pretty good idea... There are some B vitamins I can't get on the diet I want to withhold
