Lately, I have been getting these small pimples that are itchy on my hands, but I want to know ways to get rid of them for good. What kind of hand treatments are good for clearing up these pimples? Thanks.

I don't know, but I showed my Dad and he said it could possibly be a heat rash but I don't know. Some of them go away and I think because I have such dry skin, I tend to get pimples a lot badly. They are like itchy red bumps but they go down after a while. I just want to know what hand cream/treatment would work best by eliminating them.

Hand lotion. Plenty of it. But I'm sure there are over the counter meds you could request at your local drug store.

^That sounds like a form of eczema (especially with the fact that they are itchy).
As Sacrament mentioned, there are many over the counter products available for it. Show your hands to them so they can determine which eczema cream to give you :)

one more thing.

I recall last summer when I tried using oxiclean in my laundry and I broke out in hives, (small swollen red dots) mainly on my hands from moving the laundry from the washer to the dryer....so its possible that it could be the detergent you're using or some other type of household product.

some kind of lotion with witch hazel in it might help.
