A Idromed pulsed current unit?

How many have had success with a direct current (the original) unit?

I have gotten painfully close on the pulsed current but is there any research or information that states the direct is actually better than the pulsed?

I think the PS is by no means better than the DC, although it hurt less.

ps: how do you change the polarity? did you change it in every session? I just read an article which says that changing the polarity in each session would be less effective than changing it every 5-7 sessions.
