Hello people, there's quite some time don't come and visit this website. i don't even know if somebody would even remember me.
I have a question to those who have had anxiety attack / panic attack in the past. I know what it is theoretically but i asked you because of what happened that week to me.
it was afternon, and i was in the bus i jumped of in the central, and decided to call some automobile resselers (i was already planing) so i decided to go to the marked just so i wouldn't have to call them in the middle of a bunch of people that i would take the bus with (i live in a small city).
as i walked down to the marked i started calling the one or two numbers i had, and asked the default questions about how i could buy a car and stuff, in the middle of the second call , started to feel my breath go thin and i felt a little confused, i told the guy i would call later and called of and went away from the marked to take the bus.
i don't know what was that, i wast really scared, but the out of nowhere my air started getting thin and i couldn't think coherently. What was That?
