My names Stacey, i'm 20 and from the UK. I have been extremely shy all my live and recently realized that it might be social phobia. I decided to join this forum so that I could talk to people who could maybe relate to what I am going through.

Thanks for the replys I found it hard to just post that introduction but from looking at this forum I can see that everyone here seems very friendly so hopefully I can post here and get to know people.
