ive just come across this forum and realised iam not the only one who suffers from this?

i too am on anti-depressants but was always given topical skin roll-ons (which didnt work) as there is nothing else you can take to curb the effects of HH. i saw a program about 6/7 yrs ago where a woman called jodine from the uk stopped her hyperhidrosis by going to a retreat and doing hypnosis and spa days etc and they said it was all in her head?! i wouldnt recommend invasive surgery as its not guaranteed and the side effects are worse than it was before with compensatory sweating... ASL tigerman? nic x

HH is not in our head. How we cope and deal with it is another story.
