Hello, I am new to sites like this, but I do believe it is in my best interest to be more social. I Generalized Anxiety and Agoraphobia and struggle with in some form on a daily basis. I have been medication free for 15months, after I had a seizure from taking Xanax. I know the answer to my problem is to get back out into the world, but that isn't a option anymore. So here I am
