having a panic attack

someone please say something. got ****ed up news and no one i can talk to is answering their phone. I think im going to have a panic attack

aw =/ are you okay? try your best to simply relax and do nothing else... breathe in your nose, hold for 8 seconds, and breathe out really slow through your mouth and listen to the sound it makes coming out... do that four or five times and see if it helps you to chill any.. sometimes it works for me if i'm really edgy and can't quit thinking negatively, i just concentrate on nothing else at all except my breathing...

Sorry for the weird post. It was a really bad couple of moments yesterday though. I had to take a run around the block, but everything is okay now. Damn, I never want to feel like that again.

Yes. Just calm yourself down and try calling them later, Just relax and clear you mind of worrying thoughts and just think about something else, Dont stress.It's ok.
