I hear laying on the ground for 15 minutes without moving flat on your back will make it easy to fall asleep in your bed. Good luck if you decide to give it a shot. :p

i normally stay up as late as possible because its the only time i'm not faced with incredible pressures of being an adult and trying to get somewhere in the pursuit of happiness. its like a space in time where everything becomes still but you can move around in the stillness of it. the world stops but you have a little freedom there.

I've been having trouble sleeping for months now. My doctor prescribed me sleeping pills. They helped with my sleep, but now I'm over sleeping. I feel drowsy most of the day. ::(:

o. ive been taking sleeping pills too and it's not really helping because when i use them i get out of bed around one or two.. and then around 2am i feel wide awake so it's hard to stay on a schedule with them..
