Does any1 have bad anxiety during hang overs? Today at work i was really struggling to keep it together.

When Im Hung Over my Anxiety goes nuts. I was terrified I would get sick and every1 would think I was a fool for gettin wasted on a week night (I was a fool, but I went to a good friends 21st birthday party. It would be rude not to drink!)

totaly know wot u mean!!! iv been drinkin big time every wk end since i was 15....neva had a hangover til i was 20....then after i got social anxiety my hangovers r THE WORST EVER!!! its killer....like the most anxious i eva feel apart from if im mega stoned and oot somewhere.....which also neva used to b a problem til recently....nasty

Actually, i wake up pretty friendly and nice, dont even remember about any anxiety.

EH,
I don't really have big time anxiety after a night of drinking. Usually when i go to work i am still half buzzing. Anyway, prolonged drinking can lead to depression and social anxiety. Most alcoholics have either one or both. Something to think about for all of us.

yea totally agree....i can see the appeal of drink and drugs to people in our situations. I only drink a few times a month, but im aware of the problems related to using drink as an escape.
