huhh horrible specially considering that I sweat only when its hot (well palms sweat when worry sometimes in a cool weather too but not too bad) Id prefer that my armpits sweated and not face (well if nothing sweated at all would be even better really lol), cant stand having sweaty face infront of everyone, its embarassing, want to dissapear heh

Atleast your burning calories while you be sweatin' to the oldies, or heat in this case.

People sweat there's nothing to be embarassed about. I sweat like a pig, most days. It's usually my armpits and my hands. Which sucks when you're trying to hold someone's hand. But i've never had anyone complain about my hnads sweating when holding someones. I just dry them on my pants. And continue my buisness. And for the pits I always wear a t shirt underneath to try and catch as much as I can.

thanx for advices ,yeah I should find something ,probably will try secure wipes

And though everyone's sweating at least its not so visible cos probably their armpits sweat, but not face , uh hate this uncomfortable feeling, feel like a sponge lol but yeah burning calories is cool, in summer I always lose weight

Btw Dri really helps with palms. They still sweat a bit when its hot ,or when I take someone by hand and hold it for a long time, cos usually their hand is hot as well , but its not bad, and at least I dont have to avoid it so much like in the past

I was thinking maybe you should book a dermatology appointment to find any viable treatments for facial sweating.

There are "secure wipes" which have worked very well for some people.

There's a report here that I found which explains how facial/cranial HH can be significantly reduced using 0.5% glycopyrrolate solution. If this isnt secure wipes they're talking about it may be some other form of applicant which a dermatologist can find out about

do you know where its possible to get glycopyrrolate solution ?

It's cold freezing and wet here in Sydney..i'd like ur weather please...

Would gladly swap the weather with you Chihiro! :) :) I've never thrived in hot, sticky conditions.

Unusually for me, the sweating has been mainly on my neck and behind my ears. When I feel it starting to drip down, I go into panic mode (which of course makes it worse). All I can say is thank goodness for the frozen food sections in shops- I've 'retreated' into them numerous times these last few weeks.

oh yeah I start paniking as well

today I had to be in a hurry cos I was late to work, so I'd been almost running for 20mins, it was really warm outside and when I entered the building it seemed soooo hot in it , it would be ok if I didnt have to give a training to one girl who is going to replace me while Ill be on holiday...damnnn embarassing lol Ive noticed though if I try to be cheerful ppl dont pay that much attention to it
