Glyco/avert "buildup" ?

Hi all,

I read a lot of posts where people say the glyco doesn't build up in their system, but I've found that glyco does indeed build up in my system. If I take 3mg on Monday morning, I wake up a little drier on Tuesday morning. If I take it multiple days in a row, then I tend to wake up dry every morning. Normally (without the pills) I always start sweating right after waking.

Now, if I go without glyco for a 3-4 days after I've been taking it regularly, then I'm back to square one with the sweating, but even if I take 1-2 days off (which I often do on weekends to give my body a break) my sweating remains somewhat reduced compared to normal.

I'm just wondering if anyone else experiences the "build up" effect that I get? Maybe I'm just unusual that way.

I've noticed similar results. I don't think it's a buildup so much as it is our bodies going off the effects of the previous day. I don't think there is a long term buildup. I also noticed optimum results for the day if i take it later in the morning. I lose too much energy from no breakfast, so I eat it then wait 2 hours.

I just started Glyco on Thursday, 4 days ago, 1mg/2x day. My doctor told me it does buildup and that I won't get full effects for a few weeks. So far I have noticed I have been sweating less in my hands, but I'm not sure if it has been the Glyco or because the weather has dropped from 90s to a comfortable 65-70 degrees. I don't have any side effects yet either. I will let you know in a few weeks if I think that it has built up!
