Fully Body Hyperhydrosis

Hi Everyone,

My first post here. I suffer from almost full body HH, the only places I say I don't sweat excessively is my hands, feet, scalp and underarms. I have lost about 10kg of weight in the last year and certainly see the difference in my sweating. However I still a lot more than most and I think this is also something to do with vasoconstriction, most people say my skin is always hot and looks red. I have used Glycopyrrolate and found it to be as effective as oxybutin, so I have stuck with oxybutin as its easily available here in Australia and far cheaper than importing Glycopyrrolate. Oxybutin dramatically decreases my sweating for sure but it makes me feel like crap and am worried about the links to degenerative disease.

Living in the sub tropics can be difficult at times due to the HH but my HH is not predictable. One day I can have a constant tacky skin, the next dry and other days sweat literally running down my back and soaked. I really want to pursue a more natural alternative to oxybutin.

I am wondering if anyone has any ideas on full body iontophoresis. A viable low cost treatment which I can do at home.

Regards

GM

Don't know much about this problem personally but I had heard that herbal tea and wheat-grass juice can help you in this problem.
