I just got a book called "Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Dummies" and I figured I'd track my progress by writing it down here. I'm not hoping for any miracles but I'm hoping it will help. I'm about to crack 'er open so wish me luck!

Well after reading a bit I've discovered a good place to start: Identifying our "core beliefs" about yourself, other people and the world.

Here's what I've figured out:

-myself: I'm boring
-other people: Are above me
-the world: Is weird and confusing

After reading the next part I'll post more stuff :)
