first day on avert, how long to see an effect

Hi all, well here goes with another attempt at controlling the beast!

Just to fill you in, I have just moved to a new country (15 degrees C hotter than where I used to live and 80% humidity), I am speaking a second language here (anxiety levels at maximum) and have started a new, busy, stressful job (anxiety levels even higher). All in all a recipe for disaster for the average hyperhidrosis sufferer.

So as well as iontophoresis and odaban I've got some Avert off parmacy.ca and I took the first 2mg capsule one hour ago.

When should I expect to see a difference if its going to happen?

I don't know anything about interaction with odaban. On its own, in very hot humid conditions I'd take 4-6 mg. I think the med should work fairly soon, within an hour or so, but it's been a long time since I first took it.

Start with 1 pill and work your way up...
If 1 doesn't work, then try 2 the next day. If that doesn't work try 3 the next day.

You've got a very good plan with Iontophoresis and Odaban as well as Avert.

I would first control your HH as much as you can with Iontophoresis and/or Odaban and see how you go.

The more you control your HH without taking a med, the better.

If you are not achieving the desired results with Iontophoresis and/or Odaban, Avert will compliment them both as Avert will dry up your body, so it's very good for generalised HH.

Avert will start to kick in in the first hour but you will really start to feel it 2-4 hours after the first capsule. You will get a dry mouth and will feel your eyes being a lot more drier which may make you feel tired.

People say they hate the dry mouth and dry eyes but for me that's when I know Avert is really kicking in.
