feeling sick all the time

Hello,
So I figured out I feel sick everyday and I can't handle physical symptoms of this. I'm afraid of being sick, and this makes me automaticly feel sick.
I don't know what to do, i suffer from imsonmia and i don't eat enough of food because i don't feel hungry any moment at all. only when i feel like i almost have to faint (like today) i started to get hungry. i feel weak and i hate being so skinny &*%&%I*) and i hate being sick O(*(^( so that is basically what i needed to vent. sorry for the shIIT. im just pissed off because i dont want to feel like this.

maybe some walks outdoors will do some good to you?
it helps me sometimes.
did you go to a doctor? my friend once had some virus in the stomach... he practically ate nothing during about 4 months (had zero appetite), until he decided to see a doctor and discovered what was wrong.

I just walked in the park, while walking i got hungry cuz i felt like i was on the edge of fainting. but i didn't faint but i was feeling light headed.
so i started to eat something but still feel the same, and very weak :S

about your friend, what was wrong with him ? i'm curious

but outdoor walks mostly do help, i love fresh air and just set my mind to 0

I will third this: You should go to the doctor and let them know what's going on if you haven't already. You never know if there could be medical reasons for why you don't feel hungry. And you could even be provided with some solutions or real advice on what to do about your insomnia and difficulty maintaining a healthy weight. I'm no doctor and have very little knowledge of this but I know that if I were in your situation I would go see a doctor just in case or for some advice!!

Yes, Saskia, if you dont eat/sleep your day will be lost. You should go to the Doctor. Because it is very important to sleep well. If you dont do it, everything will be wrong

eat something, anything. You imagine you dont feed with oil you car only because you feel it dont need...What do you think that could happen?
dont hurt yourself.

Yeah Saskia, go see a doctor...

The doctor can test you for different things like maybe a bacteria or such that can be 'fixed' with meds...

Are you under any sort of stress/worry/fear or such these days? - this could be a factor too...

Some people eat too much when under stress/depressed, some eat too little.. Are you also behind the computer a lot? This can be a factor too... Both for insomnia and not feeling well.. Not good for the stomach either to be in the sitting position all the time...
Try to limit computer to max 5 hours a day and see how it goes?

Do you still have the support group/psychologist or has that ended for the summer?

Yeah, walks and such can help big time!! :) Can you do a walk every day?

Also, stay away from sugar if you can... when feeling faint it can help temporarily, or maybe some natural 'sugar' like fruit (strawberries, cherries..) but ideally try to stay away from it cause sugar can make things worse and increase moodswings and decrease good vitamins/minerals..

Some people may be sensitive to certain foods too, so track how you feel after certain foods (even if you really like them well and feel good immediately after them, see how it goes during the day and next day too..)

Another helpful thing is to relax and lie down and imagine 'healing energy' like 'white light' maybe 'fixes' things in your body or stomach, where you feel like 'bad/black energy'.. sounds corny but it works :) Still see a doctor though!!
