I know it's kinda a stupid question but does anyone else feel scared more on the internet than in Real life?

Like for me it's cause I feel I can deal with bullying better in real life cause it's like in your face kinda thing compared to the internet.

I find the internet ok because no one can be judging my looks, clothes, hair etc. As for bullying I think it is better being on the internet, because you have time to think about what you are going to say. In real life you have to think on the spot.

I feel you completely. Before I stated taking medication, I couldn't post online almost at all, even anonymously.
In real life, I can physically see someone's reaction. I can tell more about their opinion that way, than on the Internet or whatever with only text or speech, so I know how to curb my actions in response.

I can't say I feel more scared about internet interactions, but I still get self conscious about it. Mainly because of the fact that if I say something stupid online everyone in the world can see it, but if it's just with some people in real life I can at least deny later that I said it.

I function much better online than in real life. I do get afraid and shy a lot... but at least I can talk.

Thanks glad at least someone feels the same way I do :) Yeah same here, it's easy for me to misunderstand on the internet sometimes cause of the lack of emotions.

Yeah that's true, things spread quickly around the internet and it's almost impossible to stop :S
