Every word Beatrice and Benedick speak in the play and movie is superb, but this is my favorite. OMG, the chemistry between the two of them in the movie just cracks and sparks. The quote starts around the 5:40 mark:

From that blonde replicant guy at the end. That was an amazing ending to a perfect movie. One of my favorites and that quote has always stuck with me.
