Has anyone tries secure wipes on the genital area? I am female, so are the any risks? Are there any other treatments for that area besides botox or robinul/avert (because it makes me throw up)?

Does the sweat cause an odor? I know it must be inconvenient. If the sweating isn't horribly profuse and there's no sweat odor. I think it's best not too.

If you do, try not to have it touch your genitals. That area needs to be lubricated as it brushes against your clothes.

Yes it causes a bad odor and the sweat goes through underwear (and wearing pantyliners only makes the problem worse)

Try to wear 100% cotton. That will help prevent odor. Anything made with polyester will stink. If you do administer a drying agent, just keep it off the genitals as they need to be "moist" and lubricated.

I use Maxim applyed using a cotton pad on the inside top of my legs/bum area. This can cause itching so I only use it a couple of days before a time I know I will be sitting down ie.meal out, school parents eve..that sort of thing.I can leave quite bad wet patches usually. The Maxim takes a couple of days to work for me. I also use tight shorts under clothes for an extra layer.
Hope that helps.
