Hi all,
My next door neighbour has been behaving quite strangely recently. He has always been a bit twitchy when you talk to him but over the last few months he seems to have developed some kind of OCD.
Whenever possible he opens his car door windows possibly to "vent out the germs?" This happens in hot weather, cold weather even force 9 gale winds and rain.
Recently he came back from a holiday in New York and it was freezing/pouring with rain and he opened every single window in the house as far as the window would stretch. Including the garage door and front door of his house. He did have cats the house for the duration of his holiday but I viewed his behaviour as slightly extreme.
The behaviour with the car windows is really odd though, he goes out in the morning and opens the windows, in his car and his girlfriends car. Passenger windows and driver windows. He then closes them again if he goes out but then when they are in the house and the cars are stationary he opens them again. I see no point for this, no reason whatsoever.
Is this rational behaviour or does he have some kind of OCD.
Oh, and also he always puts his trainers in a neat row in the back garden and if it rains he brings them in and then puts them out again when it stops.
