Do you trouble answering question ?

I just moved and since then I had to talk to the electic company , post office ,bank and cable company.And everyone went the same way I had to have someone else talk for me. I have trouble talking to people in bussiness because they ask to many question that I don`t know and throw out to many words that I don`t understand. I try to talk to them by myself every now and then to try and give my family a break and it goes horrible they throw to many numbers that I can`t remember and get mad at me if I ask them to slow down for me. I can`t find the meaning to some of the questions that they ask me. I have trouble concentration on them when every I talk to someone after I say something to them my head immediately drop down to the floor. It weird but I have trouble looking at people when I talk to them and I think this might be link to my bad lessoning skills.

When my cable guy was giving me my phone number I had to write in down so I could remember it. But he spoke it to fast to me so I had to keep asking him to repeat it and he keep getting mad at me each time and then I saw him roll his eyes at me. This bug me because I been wanting to get thing done on my own with out needing anybody help to do it. Like I know I want to move again because I hate where I live that mean I might have to talk to a cab driver because I don`t have a car and all the other companies and a new landlord again to achieve my goals. My brain hurt all the time during this I get a bad headache and black rings around my eyes when under this kind of pressure. My brain keep beating up against my skull. I want to know is there any kind of hope for me to get well form this so I can remember things and lesson and understand them better and not have to deal with a siverly bad headaches.
