I just made a thread yesterday about "International Meeting"....Some like a holidays for all of US on the forum! A place out so much anxious, enjoying activities between us, that we all wish to do and dont have the courage or friends to come along!

However all the feedback i've is money problems. No work. To young. Much debts. Low wage. Well i do have all that problems at the moment. And i know how serious and dependent it can make us more. Have SF sucks, but dont have money at least to do things alone make it much worst, at least for me.

My question is, how hard are u problems concerning money? Can we help in anyway? (Donations are not allowed:p). But finding a job, giving some experience ideas..create something together!! Dont know...free to listen u

I do and I don't. I'm a teenager, s unemployed, but somehow get money ;) Anyway, when I get money, I spend it straight away on useless things, because when I was a kid I had no money, and when I'm older I know I won't be getting paid that much, so I'm spending it while I can. The only way I can save money is by putting it in the bank. I'm too scared to put it in the bank. Grrrrrr

I'm against giving money to faceless organizations, especially if those organizations try to give themselves a face with shocking imagery. I'd love to give money to some of the people on this site, who really don't deserve there situation and deserve the money I have far more than me. If only there was a way. I repeat my annoyed grrrrr from earlier ::p:

I've lived in social housing all my life- apart from the few years I was able to live on my own.
I was raised on powdered milk and stale bread. haha
I don't ask for anything.
I'm a hard worker when I am mentally able enough to work - coming from a family of farmers; I was taught to believe that I must earn everything that I get and be thankful for everything.

So, sure... I have debt, I don't have shiny new things, I don't eat every day but I do have a roof over my head and free healthcare and that's enough for me. Once I start working, I'll work hard to pay off that debt and give back whatever I can to the rest of society.

People worry about me all the time, calling me poor- but when you've lived with so little for so long, you adapt and learn to make the most out of everything, so it's really not as bad as people seem to think.
What *is* bad is being homeless or living in a hut in a 3rd world country.
Donate your time and money to them.
They are the ones who need it most.

I make money, but none of it is mine.

I made some really, REALLY stupid financial choices years ago concerning debt that im now paying for, and im slowly climbing out of the hole im in. Do i make money? absolutely, id say a decent amount, do i actually get to keep any of it when i get paid?. Not much.

Sad to hear. Hope u get out of the whole as soon as possible! It will be like getting the jackpot : )

My whole life savings are about U$150.

I want to focus all my time on my carrer right now, so I don't think I'll get a serious job in at least two years. And holyday jobs don't leave enough money to travelaround the world, specally when the minimal wage is about miserable U$ 265 (for the the month).

No matter how much I spend, there always seems to be more of it. I just don't know where it all comes from!

Yeah, feels weird doesn't it? ::p:

Yes, so you understand this feeling of too much money...it's quite distressing tbh. Nobody really understands this. I cannot seem to get rid of it. I often just cry, cry, cry. I feel so alone just me and my money.

haha that was semi-nauseating ::p:

I have a full-time job and don't have any trouble at all with money. I thought I was going to be in a tight loop with college and all that other growing-up jazz but I'm actually on the right track right now and have more than enough to travel if this site ever does have an international meeting.

Enough money to get a lot of the things I like. :)

I don't get much but I manage it well. 40% or so on expenses, 30% for wants and another 30% gets saved away every week.

No loans, no credit cards, no tears.

I guess I'm fortunate then but wish I had the mentality to match. I see a lot of people here too who are talented, creative, way good looking etc I guess it makes me realise we don't see what we really have because we always place others in front of us first instead.

I'm lower middle class (well at least my parents are). I don't have the money to do makeup reviews and buy the latest threads. Sadly, being cool these days requires dressing good, and by good I mean brand good.
