Because he's a rock star he probably gets a lot of attention. I remember an interview with david draiman saying that one night backstage he had 3 sets of 3 girls in bed, one after the other. And that this was normal for him.
But, it's not because he's good looking or 'sexy'. He's a short bald metal head dude for christ sake ??

It is his status. That's all. And consider the women who probably chase him? Not the most classiest of them all i'm sure.

well i like what he's wearing. But I HATE guys with no hair. Its weird looking. (sorry to those of you who are naturally hairless :(.. )

I love Disturbed's music and I find his voice to be truly amazing. <3
I do find him attractive for those reasons alone, not for his looks.
But after hearing about the 3 sets of 3 girls in one night... he's looking skanky and unattractive. lol

haha i like your taste in men, even though keidis is old enough to be my dad, maybe even my grandfather (dependent on which state you come from.)

and to answer the original question, he's okay, remember looks aint everything. and not all girls will find one type of man attractive, i think tyson beckford is cute, so is ville valo, or sean bean, none of these guys look remotely like each other.

I don't think he's really cute... but I do think Charles Edward of Seraphim Shock and Shagrath of Dimmu Borgir are pretty cute... I have odd taste in men.

I love weird/metal guys but david draiman is VOMITOUS.

Also his band suck ass and he is a misogynist piglet.
