Hi everyone,

I was just wondering if anyone else has noticed that a change in their diet makes their SP better or worse? I definitely avoid coffee, because I notice a huge increase in shakiness. But sometimes, having something sweet makes me more confident. Maybe it's psychological and I'm fooling myself? Have you guys noticed any type of food that helps? I know they can't help the thoughts we have, but sometimes good feelings and outward appearances can diminish or at least reduce negative thoughts.

hey nimrodel, i follow a pretty strict vegetarian diet...and i always feel my best when i don't stray from it and stay away from junk food, too much coffee and stuff..and yeah, i think it's at least partly psychological for me though.

I think I would feel better about myself if I started to eat better again. I used to eat super healthy a couple a years ago and I felt great. I guess part of it was because I looked better physically and also I was eating better nutrients. I want to start that back up on Monday, LOL.

Well I used to drink coffee a lot, but I haven't touched a cup in over two years now. I don't think giving it up had any great effect on the anxiety for me unfortunately. :roll:
